Spark Health Advisors LLC ("Spark," "we," "us") operates the website at sparkhealthadvisors.com and the Strategic Equity Network portal at app.sparkhealthadvisors.com (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. 1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to three groups of people: Network members — the advisors, brokers, consultants, and executives who participate in the Strategic Equity Network. Clients — the companies that engage Spark, and the individuals at those companies who use the portal. Website visitors — anyone browsing sparkhealthadvisors.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you enroll as a network member you provide your name, email address, phone number, current employer and title, past employers, the regions and market segments where your relationships are strongest, the solution categories you're knowledgeable about, your preferred workload, your hourly rate, and optionally a profile photograph. Client users provide their name, email address, company, and information about their company's focus and goals. Information generated through use of the portal. As you use the Services we record activity related to your participation: conversations and meetings you log, the clients you're assigned to, time spent on engagements, compensation and payment status, materials you upload, and feedback clients provide about advisor conversations. Client feedback about a specific advisor is visible to Spark staff and is not shown to other network members. Information from signing in. See Section 3. Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregate traffic analytics. The portal stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in between visits. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

3. Google user data

You can sign in to the portal using your Google account. When you choose to do so: What we access. We request only three standard sign-in scopes: openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile. Through these we receive your name, your email address, your Google account identifier, and your profile picture URL. That is the complete list. What we do not access. We do not request and cannot access your Gmail messages, your Google Drive files, your Google Calendar, your contacts, or any other Google service or data. We receive the information above once, at sign-in, in the token Google issues; we hold no standing access to your Google account and no ability to create, modify, or delete anything in it. How we use it. Your Google account information is used for one purpose: to authenticate you and to identify your account within the portal. Your name and profile picture are displayed to other portal users who are entitled to see your profile — for network members that means Spark staff and the clients you are assigned to; for client users that means Spark staff and colleagues at your own company. Your email address is used to match you to your account and to send service-related messages such as invitations and sign-in links. How we store it. This information is stored in our authentication and application databases, hosted by Supabase on infrastructure located in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. How we share it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data. The only third parties that process it are the providers identified in Section 5 as handling account data — Supabase, Vercel, and Resend — each under contract and only to operate the Services on our behalf. We do not transfer it elsewhere except where required by law. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. Limited Use. Spark Health Advisors' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Revoking access. You can disconnect Spark from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so stops future Google sign-ins; to also delete your portal account and data, contact us using Section 8.

4. Why we use your information

We use personal information to operate the Strategic Equity Network: to create and secure your account, to match network members with client engagements, to give clients visibility into the advisors working on their behalf, to schedule and record conversations, to calculate and process compensation, to send service communications about your account and engagements, and to improve how the Services work. We also use it to comply with legal and tax obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell personal information.

5. Who we share information with

Between network members and clients. Participation in the Network necessarily involves sharing. A network member's profile — name, employer and title, background, expertise, and photograph — is visible to Spark staff and to clients that member is assigned to. Client information about focus and goals is visible to Spark staff and to the advisors assigned to that client. Client feedback about advisor conversations is visible to Spark staff only. Service providers. We use third parties to run the Services, each of which processes data only as needed to provide their service to us. Providers that process account data, including information received from Google sign-in:Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Other providers, which do not receive Google sign-in data:monday.com (network roster management), Google Workspace (our internal email and document storage), and Squarespace (this website). Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Spark, our clients, or others. Business transfers. If Spark is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

6. How we protect and retain information

Access to the portal is invitation-only and every user is authenticated. The application enforces row-level access controls in the database, so users can only retrieve the records their role permits. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Uploaded documents and photographs are held in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, typically 5 years. Records of compensation and payments are retained as long as tax law requires. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view and correct most of your own information directly in the portal, and you can ask us to correct anything you can't edit yourself. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or object to particular uses. Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and, if applicable, the GDPR — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, the right to deletion, the right to correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any of these, email info@sparkhealthadvisors.com]. We'll verify your identity before acting and will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. Note that some deletion requests conflict with obligations we can't set aside — for example, we must keep payment records for tax purposes. We'll tell you if that applies to your request.

8. Other

Children. The Services are for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. International users. The Services are operated from the United States and information is processed there. If you access them from elsewhere, you consent to that transfer. Third-party links. Our site links to other services, including Calendly and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own. Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Contact.
